This project was won through a designs competition. This building is based on contemporary office designs principles with emphasis on open plan office spaces using modular grids to provide maximum flexibility as well as comfortable office environment. 

The key feature in the designs is a 7 stories high atrium in the front lobby of the building which not only adds a wow factor to the building but also boasts panoramic elevators for vertical circulation.

The building consists of Ground, basement plus six floors. Ground floor offers reception, a visitors lounge and staff cafeteria. Five typical floors above ground floor are office space for the building employees with each floor offering Managers offices, meeting rooms and open plan workstations for the staff.

The top floor is allocated to the top management offering offices for GM and other executives, a board room and VIP lounges.

Building is also provided with a basement offering parking spaces for 200 employees.
